MUSEUM OF HOUNDS AND HUNTING RECEIVES DONATION OF BRITISH PASTEL

LEESBURG, VIRGINIA (March 14, 2003) Contemporary sporting artist Gary Stinton has donated a pastel portrait of three American foxhounds from the Orange County Hunt in The Plains, Virginia to the Museum of Hounds and Hunting (MHH) at Morven Park in Leesburg.

Born in 1961, Gary Stinton creates animal portraits in his studio in Hereford, England. Mr. Stinton visited the Museum of Hounds and Hunting last year while on a sketching tour in the United States.

Mr. Stinton's original pastel portrait of the Orange County Foxhounds will be on display at the Museum of Hounds and Hunting at Morven Park throughout the 2003 season. Note cards of this new acquisition are available for purchase by calling Morven Park at (703) 777-2414.
