MORVEN PARK SPRING CIC** AND HORSE TRIAL
ADDS DRESSAGE RIDES, RE-RIDES AND SHOW JUMPING RE-RIDES

LEESBURG, VIRGINIA (March 21, 2003) The Morven Park Equestrian Center in Leesburg, Virginia has scheduled additional dressage and show jumping opportunities for competitors and non-competitors during the upcoming CIC** and Spring Horse Trials March 29-30, 2003.

Dressage rides and re-rides are scheduled for Saturday, March 29, 2003 on a first-come, first-served basis to any USEA member, with priority given to competitors entered in the Morven Park Spring Horse Trials. Dressage tests offered are:

• 2002 USEA Advanced Test C
• 2002 USEA Advanced Test D
• 2002 USEA Intermediate Test D
• 2002 CIC FEI Two Star Event Test

All tests will be ridden in a standard 20 meter x 60 meter arena. The cost for each test is $30.00 per ride, and includes a critique from the dressage judge.

Additionally, all competitors in the Morven Park Spring CIC** and Horse Trial will have the opportunity for a show jumping re-ride after the completion of each level. The cost for each re-ride is $15.00.

All rides will be run in accordance with USA Equestrian rules. Reservations are required. Non-competitors must show USEA membership card, bring a current negative Coggins test, and sign a 2003 Morven Park release form. The Morven Park Equestrian Center is located just north of Leesburg on Route 15. From Leesburg, take Route 15 North towards Frederick, Maryland. Turn left onto Tutt Lane/Route 740. Follow Tutt Lane approximately one mile to the center's entrance on the left, and then follow the signs to the designated parking areas.
