Inspired by the life of Virginia Governor Westmoreland Davis, Morven Park preserves and advances the ideals of civic responsibility, sustainable agriculture, and enhancement of life in rural Virginia.

We seek to accomplish this through educational and recreational programming within our 50-plus buildings and 1,000 acres of woodlands, pastures, and open spaces as well as three museums (the Gov. Davis Mansion, Winmill Carriage Museum, and Museum of Hounds and Hunting of North America) and our sports/equestrian complex.
