Westmoreland Davis Scholars Honored at Morven Park
Ten Loudoun County students bound for the University of Virginia received scholarships from the Westmoreland Davis Foundation at a luncheon in their honor at Morven Park.
The Westmoreland Davis Scholarship program was established by Mrs. Davis in
1963 to honor her late husband, Governor Westmoreland Davis, and his
commitment to education. Each year, the Foundation funds grants for
scholarships to the University of Virginia, Washington and Lee, Virginia
Military Institute and Columbia University.

visits Morven Park 18 children were treated to an introduction to
the sport of Foxhunting by Morven Park director and avid foxchaser, Will O'Keefe.
Loudoun Therapeutic Riding Foundation Based at Morven Park The program is a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation providing therapeutic horseback riding lessons to riders with disabilities. Created under the guidelines of the national organization - NARHA (The North American Riding for the Handicapped Association), the program's offices and barns are located at the Equestrian Center at Morven Park.
