Food Vendor Information
- User groups are required to arrange food services directly
with the approved vendors below. Please keep in mind these vendors
will need to fill out temporary food permits with Loudoun County
at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Please give ample notice
to these vendors.
- These vendors and only these vendors are approved to work
out of the café at Morven Park. The vendors are available for
your event at no charge to you. They are required to contact
Morven Park regarding a damage deposit and cafe rental fee for
use of the kitchen facility.
- Vendors must follow the Morven Park's guidelines to maintain their vendor status with us. Please feel free to inform us of any problems you have during your event. We will also gladly accept any compliments on their behalf as well.
- If you choose not to use the approved vendors you must speak with the Equestrian Center Staff to arrange other services. Unapproved food vendors will be asked to leave the property.
