Events at Morven Park

Morven Park celebrates the holidays with a family-friendly open house. See the historic Davis Mansion decorated for a 1920s Christmas. Enjoy festive music from local musicians, hot beverages and sweet treats, children’s crafts in the Ballroom, and an opportunity for a family portrait in the Great Hall. Carriage rides available for an additional charge. Visitors can also visit the Civil War encampment site where reenactors portray the soldiers from the 17th Mississippi who spent Christmas of 1862 here.
