Common Down Horse Emergencies AND How to get them up
The purpose of this workshop is to provide horse owners with the opportunity to safely practice
getting their horse freed from everyday situations:
 cast in stall
 cast under a fence
 unable/unwilling to rise.
Total Equine Vets (Drs. Jay Joyce and Sallie Hyman) have partnered with Nicole Ehrentraut of
DaVinci Equine Emergency Transport to provide a short PowerPoint presentation coupled with
some real-time, on-the-farm live rescue scenarios in the lighted indoor arena for the remainder
of the workshop. Bring your work clothes and gloves because you may need to help.

Some food and drinks will be provided. RSVP required.
